Featuring two female HDMI ports the HDMI 2.0 4K Repeater is used to join two HDMI cables to make a longer connection than is possible using a single passive HDMI cable. With support for 4K Ultra HD 60Hz YUV 4:4:4 video signals HDR10 (10 bit High Dynamic Range) and HDCP 2.2 protected content the Repeater is suitable for use with modern Ultra HD 4K content in addition to existing Full HD 1080p signals.

The Repeater is capable of supporting up to 18 Gbps bandwidth and supports the following cable distances when using Lindy GOLD HDMI cables using lower grade cables will reduce the possible cable lengths:
